Welcome to RISEVIT. These Terms of Service apply to your use of
risevit.com and the purchase of our products. By visiting our
website or placing an order, you agree to these Terms.

In these Terms, "we", "us", and "our" refer to RISEVIT. "You" and
"your" refer to the person visiting the website or placing an
order. "Website" refers to risevit.com and any related subdomains.
"Products" refers to all goods offered through our website.

2. Acceptance and eligibility

By using our website or purchasing our products, you agree to
these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the website
or place an order.

You must be at least 18 years old to make a purchase. By placing
an order, you confirm that you are 18 or older.

3. Products and pricing

We aim to display product information, including descriptions,
images, and prices, as accurately as possible. Colors, scents, and
textures of our products may vary slightly from the images shown
on the website. We reserve the right to correct errors in product
descriptions or pricing.

All prices are shown in euros and reflect the price you pay at
checkout. Shipping costs are stated separately and added at
checkout. Prices may change without prior notice. The price
applicable to your order is the price at the moment you place the
order.

All products are subject to availability. If a product becomes
unavailable after you place an order, we will notify you within 2
business days. You may choose an alternative product, wait for
restock, or receive a full refund.

4. Ordering and payment

When you place an order, you provide accurate and complete
information. You will receive an order confirmation by email.
This confirmation acknowledges receipt but does not constitute
acceptance of your order. We accept your order at the moment we
ship it; you will receive a separate shipping confirmation. The
contract between you and RISEVIT is formed at the moment of
shipping confirmation.

We accept the following payment methods: iDEAL, credit cards
(Visa, Mastercard, American Express), PayPal, Apple Pay, and
Google Pay. Payment must be completed in full before we ship your
order. We use secure third-party payment processors and do not
store full credit card information.

We reserve the right to refuse or cancel orders for suspected
fraudulent activity, pricing or product description errors,
products no longer in stock, inability to verify payment
information, or any other legitimate business reason.

5. Shipping and delivery

Full shipping terms are set out on our Shipping page. In summary:
orders placed on business days are shipped within 24 hours;
delivery within the Netherlands takes 1 to 3 business days;
delivery within other EU countries takes 5 to 7 business days. You
will receive tracking information when your order ships.

We are not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers,
incorrect addresses provided by you, or circumstances beyond our
reasonable control. If your package is lost or damaged in transit,
contact us at hello@risevit.com.

If delivery fails due to an incorrect address you provided, or if
a package is unclaimed and returned to us, additional shipping
fees may apply for re-delivery.

6. Returns and refunds

Full return terms are set out on our Returns page. In summary: we
offer a 30-day return window from receipt of the order; the
returned product must contain at least 80 percent of the original
volume; return shipping is at your cost unless the product was
defective, damaged on arrival, or sent in error.

7. Right of withdrawal (EU consumers)

As an EU consumer, you have the statutory right to withdraw from
your purchase within 14 days of receipt without giving a reason.
This right is in addition to our 30-day return policy described
above.

To exercise this right:
- Notify us within 14 days of receipt at hello@risevit.com
- Return the product within 14 days of notification
- The product must be in substantially the same condition (at
  least 80 percent of the original volume for hygiene reasons)
- Return shipping is at your cost unless the product is defective

We will refund you within 14 days of receiving the returned
product. The refund includes the original shipping cost where
applicable. We may withhold the refund until we receive the
returned product.

The right of withdrawal does not apply to products that have been
personalized or custom-made.

8. Product use and safety

Our products are intended for ambient and textile use in the home,
as described on each product page. Always follow the usage
instructions on the product label and product page. Test on a
small area before broader use.

Our products contain organic essential oils. Review the full
ingredient list before use. Discontinue use if irritation occurs.
RISEVIT is not liable for allergic reactions or sensitivities to
individual ingredients.

Our products are not intended for direct application to skin
unless specifically indicated, not for internal consumption, and
not for use on damaged fabrics or surfaces.

9. Intellectual property

All content on the website is owned by or licensed to RISEVIT,
including the RISEVIT name and logo, product names and
descriptions, images and photography, text, and the website design
and layout.

You may view and use the website for personal, non-commercial
purposes, share our products on social media with proper
attribution, and print content for personal reference.

You may not copy, reproduce, or distribute our content for
commercial use, use our trademarks or brand without written
permission, modify or reverse-engineer our content, or remove
copyright or proprietary notices.

10. Liability

We warrant that our products are free from manufacturing defects,
match the description provided, and are suitable for their
intended purpose.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability is
limited to the amount you paid for the product. We are not liable
for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or for damages
caused by misuse, improper storage, or failure to follow
instructions.

We are not liable for delays or failures caused by circumstances
beyond our reasonable control, including natural disasters, war,
civil unrest, strikes or labor disputes, government actions,
supplier or carrier failures, or technical failures including
cyber attacks.

Nothing in these Terms limits or excludes our liability where such
limitation or exclusion is not permitted under applicable Dutch or
EU consumer law.

11. Privacy and data protection

Your personal information is processed in accordance with our
Privacy Policy. By using our services, you consent to the
collection and use of your information as described in that
policy.

In summary: we collect information necessary to process orders, we
do not sell personal data to third parties, we comply with the
GDPR and applicable Dutch and EU data protection laws, and you
have rights to access, correct, and delete your data.

12. Customer conduct

You agree not to provide false or misleading information, use the
website for unlawful purposes, attempt to gain unauthorized access
to our systems, interfere with website functionality, harass or
abuse our staff, or engage in fraudulent activity.

If you violate these conditions, we reserve the right to refuse
service, cancel orders, terminate accounts, and take legal action.

13. Complaints and disputes

If you have a complaint, contact us at hello@risevit.com within 14
days, with your order number and a description of the issue. We
respond within 48 hours on business days and aim to resolve issues
within 7 business days.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Netherlands. Any
disputes will be resolved in the competent courts of the
Netherlands, unless mandatory consumer protection laws require
otherwise.

EU consumers may also use the European Commission's Online Dispute
Resolution platform at ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr.

14. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Changes will be
posted on this page with an updated "Last updated" date.
Significant changes will be communicated by email notification or
by notice on our website. Continued use of the website after
changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

15. Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid or
unenforceable, the remaining provisions will remain in full force
and effect.

16. Entire agreement

These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy and Returns Policy,
constitute the entire agreement between you and RISEVIT regarding
your use of the website and purchase of our products.
