What makes RISEVIT sprays different from other home sprays?
RISEVIT sprays are specifically formulated to be hormone-friendly, using only organic essential oils in a bio-ethanol base. Unlike conventional sprays that may contain endocrine-disrupting synthetic fragrances, phthalates, or petroleum-based ingredients, our products support your body's natural hormonal balance. We use scientifically-backed essential oil concentrations (5%) for optimal effectiveness without skin sensitivity, and our bio-ethanol base evaporates cleanly without leaving residue.
What does "hormone-friendly" mean?
Hormone-friendly means our products are formulated to avoid ingredients that can disrupt your endocrine system, the network of glands that regulate hormones. Many conventional products contain synthetic fragrances, phthalates, and other chemicals that can interfere with hormone production and function. Every RISEVIT ingredient is chosen to support, not disrupt, your body's natural hormonal processes.
Are your products truly natural?
Yes. Our sprays contain only three components: organic essential oils, bio-ethanol (plant-derived alcohol), and distilled water. No synthetic fragrances, no artificial preservatives, no hidden ingredients. We list everything on our labels and in our product descriptions.
What's the difference between Clean Sheet and Velvet Cedar?
Clean Sheet is energizing and clarifying: Perfect for morning refreshment and creating clean, vibrant spaces. It features Bergamot (uplifting citrus), Eucalyptus (cooling and refreshing), and Tea Tree (antibacterial and herbaceous).
Velvet Cedar is calming and grounding: Ideal for evening wind-down and restful sleep. It features Cedarwood (warm and woody), Lavender (soothing floral), and Frankincense (meditative and resinous).
Many customers use Clean Sheet in the morning and common areas, and Velvet Cedar for bedrooms and evening rituals.
Can I use these sprays on all fabrics?
Yes! Our bio-ethanol formula is safe for virtually all fabrics including cotton, linen, silk, wool, and synthetic blends. The alcohol evaporates quickly without leaving residue or stains. We always recommend testing on a small, inconspicuous area first if you're concerned, though issues are extremely rare.
How long does the scent last?
The scent typically lasts 2-4 hours, though this varies based on fabric type, room ventilation, and how many sprays you use. Because we use only natural essential oils (not synthetic fragrances designed to linger artificially), the scent fades naturally over time. Many customers appreciate this gentle, non-overwhelming approach.
How many sprays do I get per bottle?
Each 100ml bottle provides approximately 200-250 sprays, depending on how you use the spray mechanism. With typical use (2-3 sprays per application), a bottle lasts 1-3 months.
Safety & Ingredients
Are your products safe for sensitive skin?
Our sprays are formulated with a <10% essential oil concentration, the industry standard that balances effectiveness with safety. They're designed for fabric and room use, not direct skin application. However, because they're made with pure ingredients and evaporate quickly, they're generally well-tolerated even by those with sensitivities. If you have severe allergies to specific essential oils, please review the ingredient list carefully.
Are RISEVIT sprays safe around children?
Yes, when used as directed. Because our sprays are formulated for textiles and ambient air (not direct skin application), and use safe essential oil concentrations, they're appropriate for family homes. As with all products, keep out of reach of children and avoid spraying directly on infants or young children.
Are your products safe for pets?
Our sprays are safe for use around most pets when used on fabrics and in well-ventilated spaces. However, cats can be sensitive to certain essential oils. We recommend:
- Using sprays in rooms with good airflow
- Not spraying directly on pet bedding
- Allowing the spray to fully evaporate before pets enter the room
- Consulting your vet if your pet has respiratory sensitivities
Can I use these sprays if I'm pregnant or nursing?
Our products contain only natural, organic essential oils at safe concentrations for ambient use. However, some essential oils are not recommended during pregnancy. We suggest consulting with your healthcare provider before use if you're pregnant, nursing, or have specific health concerns.
Are your products tested on animals?
Absolutely not. RISEVIT is cruelty-free. We never test on animals, and we source our organic essential oils from suppliers who share this commitment.
What exactly is bio-ethanol?
Bio-ethanol is plant-derived alcohol (ethanol) made from renewable resources like sugarcane or corn. It's the same type of alcohol found in many cosmetics and cleaning products. In our sprays, it serves as a carrier for essential oils and evaporates quickly, leaving no residue. Unlike water-based sprays, bio-ethanol prevents bacterial growth without needing synthetic preservatives.
Usage & Storage
How do I use RISEVIT sprays?
- Shake well before each use
- Hold 20-30cm away from fabric or air
- Spray 2-3 pumps evenly
- Allow 30-60 seconds for the bio-ethanol to evaporate
For linens, spray 5-10 minutes before use. For ambient scent, spray into the air or onto curtains and soft furnishings.
Can I spray directly onto my skin?
No, these products are formulated for textile and room use, not direct skin application. While the ingredients are natural, the essential oil concentration is optimized for fabrics and air, not skin.
How should I store the sprays?
Store in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight and heat sources. Keep the cap tightly closed between uses. Proper storage helps preserve the integrity of the essential oils. Do not store above 25°C (77°F).
What's the shelf life?
When stored properly, RISEVIT sprays maintain their quality for 12-18 months from production. Each bottle has a batch code that indicates the production date. The bio-ethanol base acts as a natural preservative, so no synthetic preservatives are needed.
The oils have separated at the top, is this normal?
Yes! This is completely normal and actually a sign of quality. Essential oils are less dense than the bio-ethanol/water base, so they naturally rise to the top. This is why we recommend shaking well before each use to redistribute the oils evenly. Synthetic sprays don't have this issue because they use chemical emulsifiers which we intentionally avoid.

Where do you ship?
We currently ship to Europe, US, UK and more countries can be find at the checkout. Shipping rates and delivery times are calculated at checkout based on your location.
Do you offer free shipping?
Yes! Orders over €50 qualify for free standard shipping within the Netherlands. For orders under €50 and outside the Netherlands, standard shipping rates apply.
How long does delivery take?
Standard delivery within the Netherlands takes 2-3 business days. International EU orders may take 5-7 business days depending on location. You'll receive a tracking number once your order ships.
What's your return policy?
We want you to love your RISEVIT products. If you're not completely satisfied within 30 days of purchase, contact us for a full refund. The product should be at least 50% full for hygiene reasons. Email us at hello@risevit.com to initiate a return.
Can I cancel or modify my order?
If you need to cancel or modify your order, please contact us as soon as possible at hello@risevit.com. We process orders quickly, so we can only make changes if your order hasn't shipped yet.
Do you offer gift wrapping?
Not currently, but our packaging is designed to be beautiful and gift-ready. If you're sending a gift, you can add a note at checkout and we'll include it with your order.

Where are RISEVIT products made?
All RISEVIT products are formulated and handcrafted in the Netherlands (Europe) following strict EU quality and safety standards. We work with small-scale manufacturers who share our commitment to quality and sustainability, but we produce everything in-house.
Do you have a physical store?
Not currently. RISEVIT is online-only, which allows us to keep costs down and pass those savings to you. Plus, we can ship directly to your door!
