Shipping policy

Processing time

Orders placed on business days (Monday through Friday) are 
shipped within 24 hours. Orders placed on weekends or public 
holidays ship the next business day.

You will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking 
information once your order is dispatched.

Shipping within the Netherlands

Delivery time: 1 to 3 business days after shipment. Delivery 
typically occurs between 08:00 and 18:00 on business days.

Standard shipping: 6.95 EUR. Free shipping on orders from 39 
EUR.

We ship via PostNL. All shipments include tracking.

Shipping within the European Union

We currently ship to all EU member states.

Delivery time: 5 to 7 business days after shipment, depending 
on destination.

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on destination 
and package weight. There are no additional customs fees within 
the EU.

Tracking your order

You will receive a tracking number via email once your order 
ships. Tracking information may take up to 24 hours to become 
active.

If you do not receive tracking information within 2 business 
days, check your spam folder, verify the email address in your 
order confirmation, and contact hello@risevit.com.

Delivery issues

If your package has not arrived within the expected timeframe, 
first check the tracking information. If the package has been 
in transit longer than 7 business days within the Netherlands 
or 10 business days within other EU countries, email 
hello@risevit.com with your order number. We will investigate 
with the carrier and arrange a replacement or refund where 
appropriate.

If your package arrives visibly damaged, document the damage 
with photographs (both packaging and product), then email 
hello@risevit.com with your order number and the photos. We 
will send a replacement or process a full refund.

If tracking shows delivered but you have not received the 
package, check with neighbours or building reception, verify 
the delivery address in your order confirmation, and contact 
us within 7 days. We will file a claim with the carrier and 
send a replacement.

If you provided an incorrect shipping address, contact us 
immediately at hello@risevit.com. We will attempt to redirect 
the package if it has not yet shipped. Once shipped, address 
corrections may incur additional fees. We are not responsible 
for packages delivered to addresses provided incorrectly by 
the customer.

Failed delivery attempts

Carriers typically make 2 to 3 delivery attempts. After failed 
attempts, packages are held at a pickup point and you will 
receive notification of the location. Packages are typically 
held for 7 to 14 days.

If a package is unclaimed and returned to us, the original 
shipping cost is non-refundable. Additional shipping fees 
apply if you want the package re-sent.

Order modifications

Before shipment, email hello@risevit.com if you need to change 
your order. We will do our best to modify it before dispatch. 
Once shipped, modifications are not possible. You may refuse 
delivery and return the package under our standard return 
policy.

Multiple items

We ship all items in your order together when possible. If 
items have different availability, we may ship them separately. 
You will receive separate tracking codes for split shipments, 
with no additional shipping cost.

Packaging

We ship in recyclable cardboard boxes with minimal plastic and 
biodegradable packing materials where available. Each bottle 
is secured to prevent breakage in transit.

Shipping restrictions

We currently ship within the European Union. International 
shipping to countries outside the EU is in development.

Our room sprays contain bio-ethanol (alcohol). Some carriers 
do not deliver to PO boxes or military addresses, and some 
countries have import restrictions on alcohol-based products. 
We comply with all applicable shipping regulations.
