Returns

We accept returns within 30 days of receipt. If for any reason 
you are not satisfied with a RISEVIT product, email 
hello@risevit.com with your order number and the reason for 
return. We will arrange a return and full refund.

What we accept

Any RISEVIT product within 30 days of receipt, with at least 80 percent of the original volume remaining. Original packaging is helpful but not required.

What we cannot accept

Products outside the 30-day window, products with less than 80 percent of the original volume, or products with damage caused by misuse.

How to return

Email hello@risevit.com with your order number and reason for 
return. We will send return instructions within one business 
day.

Ship the product to the address we provide. Once we receive and 
inspect the return, we process the refund within 5 business days 
to the original payment method. Depending on your bank, the 
refund may take an additional 5 to 10 business days to appear in 
your account.

Return shipping is the responsibility of the customer, except 
where the product was defective, damaged on arrival, or sent in 
error. In those cases we cover return shipping or send a 
replacement at no additional cost. Original shipping costs are 
non-refundable except in those same cases.

Damaged or defective items

If your order arrives damaged or with a manufacturing defect, 
email hello@risevit.com within 14 days of delivery with your 
order number and photographs of the issue. We will arrange a 
replacement or a full refund, including shipping costs.

Wrong items received

If you received the wrong product, email hello@risevit.com. We 
will send the correct item at no additional cost. You do not 
need to return the incorrect product unless we ask.

Order cancellation

You can cancel an order at no cost as long as it has not 
shipped. Email hello@risevit.com to cancel. If the order has 
already shipped, follow the standard return process.

Do not ship returns without first contacting us. Returns sent 
without prior coordination cannot be processed reliably.
